Jayne is an accomplished attorney with over 30 years of experience in the practice of law admitted to the New Jersey State Court and Federal District Court and Pennsylvania State Court. Jayne is an articulate and effective litigator with a strong ability to discern complex litigation and analyze critical legal issues. Jayne is a highly respected attorney who has been appointed by the Court on complex custody and adoption matters as Guardian Ad Litem.
Jayne graduated with honors from Seton Hall Law School. She was an Intern for Chief Judge John Gibbons in the U.S. Federal Court of Appeals and was a Judicial Clerk for The Honorable Stephen E. Mochary in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County, Family Division. Jayne is committed to aggressively working for her client's interest and protecting their rights. Before beginning her own successful law firm in 2001, Jayne worked for 10 years at the law firm of Bowers, Murphy, Lieberman & Lambo in Somerville, New Jersey.
Jayne's passion for standing up for one's legal rights lead her into the field of law. Before becoming an attorney, Jayne was actively involved as a legislative lobbyist, working with representatives from New Jersey state agencies and Governor Thomas Kean to develop statewide measures for highway safety. Jayne had the honor to be selected to represent the State of New Jersey to meet with President Ronald Reagan to discuss national drunk driving laws.
As a member of a military family, Jayne understands first-hand the sacrifices made by our servicemen and women and their families. Her dedication to our servicemen and women has lead Jayne to become an accredited attorney by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to assist service members and their families to receive all of the VA benefits they are entitled to.

Cynthia graduated Cum Laude from Caldwell University for her undergraduate studies. While at Caldwell University Cynthia received many honors and awards, including the Collegiate All-American Scholar Award, inducted into the national scholastic honor societies Phi Alpha Theta and Delta Epsilon Sigma, and inducted into the university's Sports Hall of Fame for her outstanding soccer skills.
Prior to joining this law firm, Cynthia worked at the Somerset County Domestic Violence Agency, as a Legal Advocate to assist individuals with the court procedures to apply for a Restraining Order.
Cynthia worked as a law clerk at Jayne M. Lambo, LLC for 8 years prior to attending law school. She received her law degree from New York Law School.
Cynthia is very successful with cases involving family matters, civil matters and construction disputes. She is skilled in negotiating with adversaries and pro se litigants with Marital Settlement Agreements, Post-Judgment matters, custody issues, and divorce litigation. Cynthia has also worked with the surrogates' office in guardianship matters as an attorney for alleged incapacitated persons.
